With the new tool 1/32 Tempest V from Special Hobby coming soon, I thought I'd share a few words on the Tempest cockpit. Here is a good clear photo of an unrestored Tempest II cockpit. Note that it is painted black, even the tubular framework. The cockpit of the RAFM Tempest V was also all black before it was restored. After restoration it had aluminum tube framework and areas of Interior Grey Green. Why they changed it, I don't know. But 2 unrestored Tempest cockpits were painted all black. Guess the decision is up to the individual modeler! Смайлик «smile»
